美國官員：中國一再表示擔心美國債務違約（雙語）
A senior State Department official said China has repeatedly expressed concern over the possibility the U.S. would default on its debt.
美國國務院一位高級官員說，中國不斷對美國將出現債務違約這種可能性表示擔憂。
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is in China Monday and is scheduled to meet with top Chinese government official Dai Bingguo as talks drag on in Washington over whether to raise the federal debt ceiling.
在華盛頓就是否提高美國聯邦債務上限的談判久拖不決之際，美國國務卿希拉里•克林頓（Hillary Clinton）周一抵達中國訪問，她將與中國政府高級官員戴秉國舉行會晤。
The senior state department official said China has expressed its views about the debt situation several times in official “demarches,” diplomatic language for a formal expression of views.
這位美國國務院高級官員說，中國已先后幾次在其官方“行動方針”中對美國的債務形勢表達了看法。這名官員在這里使用了外交語言，他的意思是中國已對美國債務形勢正式表達了自己的看法。
“They've basically made clear they've made substantial investment in the U.S. and they expect, not hope, that the U.S. will abide by its various financial and international commitments,” the State Department official said.
這位官員說，他們主要闡明的觀點是，他們在美國進行了大量投資，他們期待，而不是希望，美國能遵守其各種金融及國際承諾。
