路易斯安那州2021年USCPA

路易斯安那州是USCPA報考州之一，2021年要參加該州考試需要滿足以下基本教育要求：

學歷要求：

have earned a baccalaureate degree from an academic institution recognized by the Board; and

商業學分：

have completed 24 semester (36 quarter) hours of business courses other than accounting, including at least 3 semester (4 quarter) hours in commercial law as it affects accountancy; and

會計學分：

have completed an accounting concentration to include 24 semester (36 quarter) hours above the introductory level  OR 21 semester (31.5 quarter) hours at the graduate level, to include the following:

. 6 semester (8 quarter) hours in intermediate accounting

. 3 semester (4 quarter) hours in cost accounting

. 3 semester (4 quarter) hours in income tax accounting

. 3 semester (4 quarter) hours in auditing covering public accounting .attest and assurance services

. 3 semester (4 quarter) hours in either advanced financial accounting, not-for-profit accounting or accounting theory

. 6 semester (8 quarter) hours in additional accounting above the introductory level

提示：該州考試在校生不能報考，必須需要滿足的至低學歷已畢業。

注意： In order to qualify for licensure, you must have completed a minimum of 150 semester (225 quarter) hours of postsecondary, graduate or postgraduate education at an institution(s) recognized by the Board.

該州認可的評估機構：FACS/NIES

有居住要求：報考該州你必須在申請日期前一年內在路易斯安那州連續居住120天，才能參加考試。

報考該州除了一般學歷、學位、成績單等材料（中國國內考生報考，涉及到國內學歷需要準備中英文材料），還需要準備推薦信。

As a first time applicant, you must submit reference signatures from three individuals that can attest to your moral character. References should be from CPAs or substantial and representative business or professional individuals. They should NOT be submitted by the following individuals:

. Current or former employer

. More than one member of a household

. Relative (by blood or marriage)

. Roommate

. Fellow student

. University or college instructor (unless they have had significant contact with you outside the classroom)

. Person with which you have a financial or business investment

要不要申請AICPA執照：

大部分州執照學分是高于報考學分要求的，所以在報考時候可以考慮到執照申請，也可以先通過四門科目再考慮執照要求（執照可以換州申請）。

AICPA執照申請要求：

1.Education教育：考生要是本科及以上學歷，總學分150個，另有會計和商業學分要求（大部分州執照申請時的學分都是高于報考學分要求的即使是同一個州，個別州報考和執照要求相同。）；

2.Experience經驗：考生必須具備1或2年的工作經驗（有的州有限定比如是事務所工作經驗），CPA簽字或者上司CPA簽字；

3.Exam考試：通過AICPA四門科目考試是申請AICPA執照的前提。

另外也有部分州要求對了一個E的要求，那就是還要參加一個Ethic道德考試。
