SBL是ACCA官方于2018年9月將原P1和P3兩門科目合并的一門新科目：：Strategic Business Leader，中文名為戰略商業領袖，簡稱SBL。該科目要求學員扮演特定角色完成一系列任務，旨在培養學員真實商業情境所需要的一系列領導能力和專業技能。

SBL各部分內容包含的８大模塊、核心知識點如下：
